Just like an old mattress, even a new mattress can lead to back pain, if you’re not careful with your choice.

This is because if you go with something like an ultra-plush mattress, then you may end up having serious back pain issues over time. It would make you sleep in an unhealthy position, preventing you from getting the right amount of back support when sleeping.

This is why it’s important to test your mattress for comfort and back support before purchasing it.

Fatigue

Old mattresses are also not as good when it comes to providing a good night’s sleep.
